For all your help with my son he his showing signs of improving from his allergies. Who would have thought that bread and cheese would cause so much problems. Thanks again.

Josh,
As we talked on the phone, if you remember I told you that what is healthy for you could be harming your son. I am so happy to hear that he is doing much better, great work with your determination on getting him to the next level!!
Thank you Chef Lonnie!
Over the past few years my son has suffered through IBS and it was a real hassle to be able to plan trips. After being tested through Sage Medical Lab and following the guide lines from his new diet from you and your staff support my family and I are now able to go on trips. My son is currently living a happy and normal life.

Mary,
I am so happy that your son has finally gotten back to normal. IBS is one of the most misunderstood chronic symptoms that we can help with a simple, yet at times, challenging diet. I hope you and your family have a great summer vacation.
Hi Loni,
Thank you SO much for taking the time to consult with me this past week! I must admit, despite my conviction that we need to embark upon this new diet (and your testimony certainly solidified this conviction – thank you very much!), I was overwhelmed. I just wasn’t sure how my picky four year old would adjust to living without his main staples and adapt to new foods like quinoa, almond or hemp milk, etc. Well, now that it has been a few days and I have taken the time to brainstorm and come up with a list of potential menu items, and also have gone to the store to pick up a few new items, I am beginning to believe this is possible! Plus, I am so thrilled to report, I have tried a couple of new food items over the weekend, specifically millet, coconut yogurt and ghee, with success!! My quinoa, on the other hand, wasn’t so tasty, so I’ll have to keep working on this one!
I plan to take the time to look at your recipes to gain more ideas. I want to see what other meals I can make with millet, find a GFCF bread recipe that is also free of white rice flour and egg, and perhaps find some tapioca based pancakes. Thank you for making your information available!!! I’ll let you know how it goes.
Heather
